WATCH: Anti-Trump ‘No Kings’ Protester Admits To Being ‘Trained’

A self-described “anti-fascist” protester at a Washington D.C.  “No Kings” protest on Saturday admitted to receiving training ahead of the nationwide demonstrations, which Democrats have attempted to frame as an organic display of public opinion.

While reporting from the National Mall, Newsmax correspondent Alana Austin spoke with a woman holding an Antifa-related sign, who described herself as “antifascist,” though she stopped short of claiming any affiliation with the group. The anti-Trump protester also appeared to insinuate that the group — which operates hundreds of named chapters across the globe — does not exist.

The pink-haired protester stated that participants were instructed by event organizers to make sure the demonstrations stayed peaceful. “We’ve all been told to be peaceful,” she told Austin with her back facing the camera. “We’ve had training on how to be peaceful and to deescalate.”

Austin did not have a chance to ask the protester who had “trained” her. “None of us want anything that’s not peaceful,” the protester added when asked about her sign, which contained symbols associated with Antifa-linked groups.

The unidentified protester told Newsmax that they received top-down instructions

The highly organized, top-down nature of the “No Kings” protests has not been a secret, as billionaire financier George Soros has put up millions of dollars behind the effort through his Open Society Foundations.

The protests are coordinated by a coalition of over 200–265 partnering organizations, with a focus on progressive and civil rights groups. Central to the effort is left-wing activist group Indivisible, which is serving as a “central hub” for the nationwide protests.

Indivisible is a far-left “progressive” nonprofit that was founded in late 2016, almost immediately after President Donald Trump was elected president for the first time. The organization operates a decentralized network of thousands of local volunteer-led chapters across all 50 states, coordinated by the national Indivisible Project and Indivisible Civics, the latter of which is used for “education and training.”

The group has been credited with organizing some of the largest anti-Trump protests over the last decade, including the Women’s March in 2017 and the recent spate of “No Kings” protests. They have also been involved in a strategy to flood GOP town halls with angry “voters” in order to create the appearance of organic support, much like the protests.
