Jack Smith Spied on Republican Senators
Republican Senators have released FBI records concerning Artic Frost – Special Counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into Donald Trump – showing that in September 2023, the FBI obtained and analyzed the toll records of the following Republican US Senators: Mike Kelly (PA); Lindsey Graham (SC); Bill Hagerty (TN); Josh Hawley (MO); Dan Sullivan (AK); Tommy Tuberville (AL); Ron Johnson (WI); Cynthia Lummis (WY); and Marsha Blackburn (TN).

According to the Senate Judiciary Committee:
The FBI in 2023 sought and obtained data about the senators’ phone use from January 4 through January 7, 2021. That data shows when and to whom a call is made, as well as the duration and general location data of the call. The data does not include the content of the call.
Those are just the Senators – we assume Jack Smith obtained the toll records of Republicans in the House as well. We’ll see.
Notably, after speaking with whistleblowers and learning of misconduct and of violations of law by members of the Artic Frost team, the Republican-led Judiciary Committee started an investigation of the investigators in July 2022. Republican members of the Judiciary Committee – including Blackburn, Graham, and Hawley – would later have their toll records seized and reviewed by Jack Smith’s team.
