Delray Beach, Florida – Like a pack of wild dogs, it is very difficult to satiate the beasts. And so it is with the leftist lunatics who are trying to undermine our democratic republic. The Democrat Party seems intent on appeasing anarchist groups such as Antifa, BLM, drug cartels, human traffickers and illegal migrant criminals. Yet, instead of pacifying them, such appeasement only fuels their demands. Like the wild dogs they resemble, you cannot satisfy these beasts—it’s never good enough. When you reward bad behavior, you only encourage more of it.

One would think that educated people, especially progressives, would recognize this maxim when dealing with these groups. The anarchists and violent protesters believe that by having their “bad behavior” appeased, they can act with impunity and face no consequences. Democrats may believe they are acting compassionately, but the results have been the opposite.

Across the country, far-left Marxists and Socialists spread hate by pitting one group against another, creating chaos and then shifting the blame elsewhere. Today, their main focus is to discredit law enforcement by exploiting isolated incidents of police misconduct. Cries of “defund the police,” calling officers and ICE agents “pigs” and “killers of black people,” and accusing law enforcement of “systemic racism,” are heard daily—without any basis in fact. Isolated incidents of misconduct are exaggerated far beyond their real significance.

Police today do not systematically target or kill black people. According to FBI statistics, a police officer is 18 ½ times more likely to be killed by a black person than an unarmed black person is to be killed by a police officer. We have come a long way since the days of Jim Crow—a system, by the way, imposed by progressive Democrats from the end of the Civil War through the mid-1960s. Yet today, those same Democrats try to pin the “Jim Crow” label on Republicans in an all-out effort to deceive blacks and minorities into voting for them.

They are shameless in their attacks on Republicans. Behind the scenes, ex-Nazi collaborator, international con man, and major Democrat donor George Soros has bankrolled many of these anarchist groups, helping spread their venom across the country. Sadly, this dishonest campaign has gained traction among certain groups.

The term “racist” is thrown around carelessly by leftist groups, slapped on anyone who dares to challenge them. It is a tactic to shut down debate, since the slur is seen by honest people as immoral or worse. Yet the term has been so overused that it is losing its impact, reduced to a redundant insult.
Other policies aimed at appeasing the thugs include eliminating cash bail for those arrested—especially violent demonstrators guilty of arson, looting, and assaults on police—along with early release for criminals convicted of so-called “minor” offenses.

Many District Attorneys, funded by George Soros and other progressive donors, in cities like Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington D.C., Baltimore, New York and St. Louis, have turned the justice system upside down with lax law enforcement. As a result, crime has skyrocketed in Democrat-run cities, and many police officers have chosen early retirement or outright resignation.

The situation would be far worse if President Trump had not reversed Biden’s policies. Ex-President Biden consistently turned a blind eye, siding with the woke progressive wing of the Democrat Party—including “The Squad,” Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, Jasmine Crockett, and Marxist/Socialist New York City mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani.

By bending over backwards to appease the anarchists, Democrats have made governance worse than if they had simply enforced the law. Instead of reducing violence in our cities, watering down criminal laws has fueled more anarchy and violent protest.

We must stop “feeding the beast,” or we risk becoming a banana republic like so many third-world countries. The radicals’ appetite for chaos and mayhem cannot be satisfied. Law and order must be the rule, not the exception. We must not appease the purveyors of violence, anti-Semitism, and anti-Americanism. The law must be enforced—regardless of who breaks it, including politicians whose misguided actions encourage bad behavior.
