Miami, Florida – New York City may have the most complicated election of this year in November. To counter the communist Zohran Mamdani, who represents the extreme left, a Cuban exile businessman, Joseph Hernández, has emerged and is also running for Mayor of New York. We do not believe that in such a complicated election he can succeed, given his low name recognition and lack of experience in public affairs, but from Miami we send him our greetings and best wishes.
There are three known candidates opposing Mamdani: (1) Andrew Cuomo, who was forced out of the Governor’s office and lost the Democrat primary to Mamdani. Cuomo is responsible for no-cash bail and high taxes, plus sending many elderly to their deaths during Covid, so it is unlikely that he can win in the general election. (2) Incumbent Mayor Eric Adams conducted such a controversial term that he did not dare run for re-election in the Democrat primary. He has too much baggage to be able to defeat Mamdani, although the last Police Commissioner that he appointed, Jessica Tisch, is a winner. For Adams, this is too little, to late. (3) Curtis Sliwa is the Republican candidate and has a long track record of working for public safety. He is the most serious candidate, and perhaps President Trump will endorse him.
According to reports from Cuba, Maximum Leader’s Raúl Castro’s health has worsened in recent days. It is said that he has cancer in the stomach and in the rectum. Raúl looks very pale and with dark circles under his eyes. The Revolutionary generation is dying out, and with them also their revolution. The technocrats that have taken their places lack the charisma to maintain the charade of Communism. Look for regime change shortly after the demise of Raul.
Spain has suffered the largest heat wave on record. The weather in the old country has broken all previous numbers. The figures include fires that have spread across several areas of the country. A true disaster, especially given that Spain’s reliance on wind and solar energy means that their energy grid is less reliable, and of course we know that Europeans are allergic to Air Conditioning.
The largest employers in Miami are: (1) Miami-Dade County Public Schools, (2) University of Miami, including their Health System, (3) Baptist Health System, (4) American Airlines, (5) Jackson Health System, (6) Florida International University, (7) Carnival Cruise Lines, (8) Miami Children’s Hospital, and (9) Mount Sinai Hospital. There is a heavy emphasis on educational institutions and medical centers, although this is better than around the 1980”s, when the largest employer in Miami was the Central Intelligence Agency and its affiliates.
President Trump removed Federal Reserve Governor Lisa Cook from her position. She was credibly accused of committing three counts of mortgage fraud. Trump gave her a letter specifying the reasons for his decision. The Fed is part of the administrative state, and an independent Fed is an unaccountable Fed. The administrative state must be accountable to the President, who is the Chief Executive Officer of our federal government. He is listed in Article II of the Constitution as having the sole executive power of the United States. There is no reference to the administrative state in the Constitution.
Maurice Templesman, who was Jackie Kennedy’s last live-in lover, died at the age of 94 after a fall. Templesman, a Jewish diamond expert, moved in with Jackie and worked from her apartment after she was diagnosed with terminal cancer. They shared a very beautiful relationship for many years.
President Trump signed an executive order providing for a sentence of one year in prison to anyone convicted of burning a United States flag, with intent to incite a disturbance. A wise measure that will make criminals and malcontents think twice before doing it.
This week Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada, founder and senior operator of the Sinaloa Cartel, along with “El Chapo” Guzmán, pled guilty in the United States to drug trafficking.

There is no doubt that President Trump will clean up the country from criminal activities, assaults, robberies, kidnappings, etc. Definitely after Washington, D.C., the cleanup will move on to other cities like Chicago and Los Angeles.
The FBI entered the home and offices of John Bolton looking for confidential documents. All hell broke loose! Apparently Bolton may have let some foreign entities have a look at classified information.
The socialist Democrat Congresscritters from Texas, Al Greene and Jasmine Crockett, are about to lose their seats, improving the mental health of our country. God willing, both will lose their elections in November of 2026 and stop representing their Congressional Districts in the State of Texas!

The new report on the number of visitors (tourists) to all countries of the world gives us the following figures: (1) In first place, France with 89.4 million visitors, (2) followed by Spain with 83.7 million, (3) the United States with 79.3, (4) China with 65.7, (5) Italy with 64.5, (6) Turkey with 51.2 million, (7) followed by Mexico with 45 million, (8) Thailand with 39.8, (9) Germany with 39.6, and finally (10) the United Kingdom with 39.4 million. Very interesting numbers!
President Trump is fighting to eliminate mail-in voting to prevent electoral fraud. In Florida, despite the leadership of our Republican Governor and other elected Republican officials, the problem may not be as grave as in other States, but it exists nevertheless. Vote-By-Mail does not allow for voter ID, has no sure chain of custody of the ballot, and signature verification is subjective. In last year’s Florida elections, there were several cases where substantial numbers of VBM ballots were requested on a single day, signaling the possibility that the ballots were being manipulated by political operators. Anything that can be done for election integrity is welcome.
The shares of the powerful Procter & Gamble conglomerate on the New York Stock Exchange continue to be recommended by analysts. A very well-managed company with a diverse range of products.

Two lying kids are walking down the street, and one says to the other: “My dad built a ladder that reaches the Sun.” The other kid says: “My dad lit a cigarette with the Sun.” The first one replies: “That’s a lie! How did he do it?” Then the other replied: “He climbed up the ladder your dad made!”
