Jenn Tran Receives PRP Injections for Hair Loss

The Bachelor alum shared a snapshot while in the doctor’s office during her appointment to receive the injections for the first time via Instagram Stories on May 28, 2025.

“Always transparent with you guys!!!” Jenn wrote alongside the photo. “I’ve been noticing my hair has been thinning in the front and I wanted to try and stimulate more hair growth there.”

The Dancing With the Stars alum added, “I’ve learned a lot about PRP injections in school and I’ve read up on the clinical trials. Will keep you updated on how I feel about it!!”

Fans received an update later that day when Jenn wrote, “Was so happy I trusted @look_by_leah!! I love my PAs.”

Jenn Tran’s Cosmetic Procedure History

Before her season of The Bachelorette aired, Jenn had no problem sharing that she got lip filler after her journey as the lead.

“I’ve always wanted to get a little bit of lip filler, I’ve just never had the chance to,” she shared in a June 2024 TikTok video. “For me, I just really wanted to enhance the natural beauty in my face that I already have. I don’t want to look super done up.”

As Jenn addressed the swelling in her lips from the fresh injection, she gushed how much she was “loving” the results.

“They do hurt a little bit,” she admitted.

Jenn also addressed speculation that she wears hair extensions, to which she shared that her mane is natural.

“This is all of my own hair, believe it or not,” she said, adding, “I need to get it cut, but I’m gonna wait a couple weeks.”

However, the reality star admitted her eyelashes were enhanced.

“I glue these on every week,” she said. “They stay on for a week or so.”

Three months later, Jenn’s surgeon gushed over her lips as the After the Final Rose episode aired on ABC.

“Sitting here wondering who did Jenn’s lip filler (I did),” Jenn’s plastic surgeon wrote via TikTok alongside a clip of Jenn onstage. “Our girlie looking good as ever.”

The Miami resident gushed in the comments section of the post, writing, “Literally life changing.”

Fans raved over the results, with one person writing, “OMG I never would have guessed?? They look amazing.”

“Literally thinking about how perfect and not overdone her lips are!!! Amazing,” a second person commented, leading a third fan to write, “She’s so cute and looks like a doll. You did a great job.”
