Christina Hall and Boyfriend Chris Larocca 1st Public Sighting
Christina Haack (formerly Hall) and boyfriend Chris Larocca were spotted for the first time in public, as the duo confirmed their romance while boarding a plane together amid her bitter divorce from estranged husband Josh Hall.
The Flip Off star, 41, and the businessman, 52, were photographed getting out of a limousine on the tarmac at LAX on Tuesday, January 14. Christina wore a black tank top and matching leggings, while Chris donned a white sweater.
In pictures obtained by The Daily Mail, Chris sweetly put his hand on Christina’s back as he guided her towards the plane’s steps.
The Beach Bargains star shared an Instagram Story photo the following morning that was taken in the airport’s member’s only luxury lounge, PS LAX.
The home renovator’s snapshot showed a glass of champagne atop a napkin reading “You’ve Arrived” while looking out at the room. Christine wrote, “Bon voyage!” under the caption without providing any details about where she was headed, nor did she reveal that she was with Chris.
“Christina has wasted no time in getting her personal life back on track. She’s dating Christopher Larocca, who she’s been friends with for a while,” an insider exclusively told Life & Style on Tuesday, January 14.
“Christina had a very tumultuous break up with Josh, she’s still going through it, but at the end of the day, she deserves happiness,” the source continued. “And you have to give her credit for not giving up on love. She’s already told friends not to worry, she won’t be rushing into another marriage. She’s learned her lesson, now she says she wants to be engaged for at least five years.”
Christina and Chris were first linked in a January 10 report by The Daily Mail that showed a photo of the couple attending a Christmas party on December 14, 2024, thrown by Laguna Beach, California, lifestyle influencer Amy Sexton. The outlet reported that the pair had already taken trips abroad together, including one to France in October 2024. Christina posted a photo from the trip at the time, but didn’t indicate she was with anyone.
The TLC star’s romance comes amid her ugly split from Josh, 44. He filed for divorce after almost two years of marriage on July 15, 2024, citing their separation date as one week prior on July 8, 2024. That date coincided with Christina’s 41st birthday. She filed her own divorce petition the following day on July 16, 2024, but said they separated on July 7, 2024.
The day before Christina took off on a getaway with her new boyfriend, Josh debuted his new girlfriend, Stephanie Gabrys.
Josh hard launched his romance with the model in a Monday, January 13, Instagram Story, showing Stephanie sitting atop his lap as the two cuddled next to an outdoor fire pit. He wrote at the bottom of the photo, “Happy 35th to this real life angel,” in a birthday tribute.
“Josh met someone wonderful in Nashville, and they have been happily dating for some time,” a source told Journalposts on January 10.“He hasn’t made a show of the relationship, but it’s not a secret. Josh is just low-key,” the insider told the outlet. “He is very happy with his life and looking forward to 2025 and what’s on the horizon. This is the happiest he’s been in some time.”
Christina revealed how she and Josh had no chance of settling their divorce and were heading to court during a Sunday, January 12, appearance on Radio Andy’s Jeff Lewis Live.
The California native shared that she hired powerhouse celebrity divorce attorney Laura Wasser to represent her. “We’re going to be going to trial, I hear. He doesn’t want to do mediation. It’s gonna be fun. Can’t wait,” she snarked.
Christina said she feared she’ll end up paying Josh’s attorney fees, telling Jeff Lewis, “They haven’t ordered me yet, but he’s been asking. I’ve already had to give a little something.”
“I gave him money to live and then he bought a Bentley, but then he also doesn’t have a job,” she revealed. “But he drives a Bentley, so I’m sure he’s pulling a lot of chicks.”
Josh and Christina started dating in March 2021, six months after she split from her second husband, Ant Anstead, after 22 months of marriage. The former couple share a son, Hudson. Their divorce was finalized in June 2021.
Christina went public that she was dating Josh after photos of the pair emerged showing them kissing while on a trip to Mexico. She shared a snapshot alongside Josh from the trip in a July 8, 2021, Instagram post, telling detractions that she said, “yes to ‘another relationship’,’” while making their social media debut.
