President-Elect Trump to Receive Classified Briefings as He Prepares for Historic Return in January
President-elect Donald Trump is once again receiving classified briefings as he prepares to become America’s Commander-in-Chief who will lead the total dismantlement of the corrupt Washington establishment.
Trump will once again be briefed on the country’s secrets as he prepares to take the reins on January 20.
“They’re not going to restrict it,” says a Republican involved in the transition.
“The Trump-Vance transition lawyers continue to constructively engage with the Biden-Harris Administration lawyers regarding all agreements contemplated by the Presidential Transition Act,” Trump-Vance transition spokesperson, Brian Hughes, told TIME.
“We will update you once a decision is made.”
Of course, this is great news.
Trump regaining a firm grasp on the state of the world before he resumes his seat at the Resolute Desk should be music to everyone’s ears.
It’s no surprise, however, that legacy media outlets like TIME are not taking too well to the news.
Biden previously called Trump’s handling of Top Secret documents “totally irresponsible.” And during his first term, Trump raised alarms in the intelligence community when he reportedly shared secrets of a close U.S. ally with senior Russian officials during an Oval Office meeting. In the interim, federal officials charged Trump with violating the Espionage Act for unauthorized retention of national defense information, a case that is now likely to be closed in the coming weeks.
But Biden has directed his entire Administration to work with Trump’s team to ensure an “orderly” transition. That means looking past Trump’s previous history with classified information.
When White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked if Biden was concerned Trump may leak secrets, she said is “not going to get into speculation.”
But don’t get too distracted by the Democrats and media whining.
The fact is, Trump won the election in a bigger way than we could’ve imagined. The Senate has been reclaimed, and Republicans are on the brink of taking back the House.
This will enable them to implement their broad agenda of tax and spending cuts, energy deregulation, and border security controls.
It might be also worth re-watching Trump’s 10-point plan to obliterate the deep state, a stark reminder that is this election win wasn’t just about fixing the economy, but also dismantling the corrupt establishment completely.
Any media noise is nothing more than the hopeless groans of a dying regime, soon to be put to sleep for the good of all Americans.
