James Woods Responds to Biden's 'Garbage' Comment: 'Send This Worthless Fool Back to His Basement'
Conservative Hollywood icon James Woods ripped President Joe Biden in response to him calling Trump voters “garbage” just as before Vice President Kamala Harris could deliver her closing argument.
“So, here is the president calling any American voting for the Republican candidate ‘floating pieces of garbage,’” Woods said, sharing a clip of the president’s comments on social media.
“Let’s send this worthless fool back to his basement, send his cackling border czar back to San Francisco, and reclaim America from these vermin.”
Biden overshadowed Vice President Kamala Harris’s closing argument by calling g Trump supporters “garbage.”
Harris delivered her closing argument in front of the White House on Tuesday night when Biden threw a curve ball before her speech.
“Donald Trump has no character. He doesn’t give a damn about the Latino community … just the other day, a speaker at his rally called Puerto Rico a floating island of garbage?” Biden said.
“The only garbage I see floating out there is his supporters.”
Biden was referring to statements made by comedian Tony Hinchcliffe during Trump’s Adison Square Garden in New York, where he referred to Puerto Rico, home to American citizens, as a “floating island of garbage.”
Biden sent out a social media post attempting to spin comments, but they backfired.
“Earlier today, I referred to the hateful rhetoric about Puerto Rico spewed by Trump’s supporter at his Madison Square Garden rally as garbage—which is the only word I can think of to describe it,’ Biden said in a groveling apology.
“His demonization of Latinos is unconscionable. That’s all I meant to say. The comments at that rally don’t reflect who we are as a nation,” the president said.
Meanwhile, CNN Senior Political Analyst Mark Preston responded to President Joe Biden’s remarks calling tens of millions of Americans “garbage” by urging him to “embrace” what he said.
During a virtual campaign event, Biden handed Donald Trump an election victory with one word, responding to a joke stand-up comedian Tony Hinchcliffe told during Trump’s Sunday rally at Madison Square Garden.
However, Preston thinks that doubling down on the declaring half of America “garbage” would make Democrats look “strong.”
