WATCH: Trump Receives Warm Welcome At Primetime NFL Game
Former President Donald Trump received a warm welcome from Pittsburgh Steelers fans when he traveled to Acrisure Stadium for the team’s primetime matchup against the New York Jets on Sunday night.
Former President Trump had previously announced that he would be attending the game to cap off a busy weekend in the Keystone State. During a Pittsburgh area rally on Saturday, Trump was joined by Steelers legends Le’Veon Bell and Antonio Brown, both of whom offered their endorsement and signed up to assist with get-out-the-vote efforts.
Both Bell and Brown hosted a tailgate in conjunction with Turning Point USA ahead of the primetime matchup. The two NFL greats helped to register voters and rally support for the former president in what projects to be the most pivotal swing state in the country.

The Republican nominee arrived at the game midway through the first quarter, at which point he was shown on the nationally televised NBC broadcast. Sunday Night Football commentator Mike Tirico noted that former President Trump was invited to the stadium as an official guest of a suite holder.
When Trump found his seats, he was greeted by cheers and chants of “USA” from an entire section of Steelers fans.
