Angelina Pivarnick Says Jason Tartick Was 'in My DMs'
Angelina Pivarnick’s flirty exchange with Bachelor Nation’s Jason Tartick was documented on Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. Jason made a guest appearance on the show’s Thursday, October 17, episode when he played in a celebrity flag football game against Paul “Pauly D” Delvecchio.
“I know Jason because he was on The Bachelorette,” Angelina, 38, said during the episode. “His manager had reached out to me to go on his podcast and we just had a great conversation. I haven’t seen him since I did his podcast, but I’m gonna come clean … Jason Tartick is in my DMs. He thinks I’m very pretty.”
Angelina appeared on Jason’s “Trading Secrets” podcast in February and the episode aired shortly after the flag football game took place. Although Pauly, 44, and Jason, 35, were on separate teams, Angelina made sure to give the Bachelor Nation star a hug hello on the field.
“Who’s that?” Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino asked afterward. “Jason Tartick,” Angelina confirmed, to which Mike, 42, responded, “You banged him too?” But Angelina made sure to clarify, “No, I didn’t bang him!”
During the game, Angelina taunted Jason with chants like, “Jason, you fumbled the ball!” and, “I love your ass, Jason, it looks good in those tight f–king panties!” At one point, he told her, “You gotta stop distracting me!”
Angelina’s castmates took notice of the “sexual tension,” as Sam “Sammi Sweetheart” Giancola called it. “I’m feeling like there’s a thing going on here,” Sam, 37, added.
While Deena Cortese pointed out that Angelina has a fiancé, Ang clarified in a confessional, “Right now, Vin [Tortorella] and I are in a very weird place. I go back and forth with it. So seeing Jason, this guy who’s very likable, is nice. It makes me feel good.”
Sam told Angelina, “I think you like him a little,” and Jenni “JWoww” Farley agreed. During halftime, Angelina went onto the field and gave Jason another hug. “Let’s go out! I wanna go out!” she told him. Later, when Jason scored a touchdown during the game, he threw the ball to Angelina in the stands afterwards.
“He’s just a nice guy,” she said. “He’s going through a breakup. We’re friends.” Jason and Kaitlyn Bristowe ended their engagement in 2023.
“I kind of am feeling like Taylor Swift right now and he’s Travis Kelce,” Angelina added later on. JWoww, 38, also revealed that Angelina and Jason were “hardcore flirting,” adding, “She’s showing me the texts he’s texting her from the sidelines.”
Angelina confirmed this observation in a confessional. “Jason is definitely flirting with me right now and I don’t see a problem with that,” she admitted. “Vin and I are, like, a roller coaster ride. Our relationship is neither here nor there.”
The MTV star’s flirty bubble burst when Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi jumped in, though. “This guy Jason used to date Joey’s friend [Kaitlyn]. Joey is my gay bestie,” she explained. “I definitely trust his opinion. I just don’t want her to get hurt by this guy because I know some things Joey said [about him]. [Kaitlyn] spilled a lot of tea about him.”
Snooki, 36, warned Angelina that Kaitlyn, 39, said “not great things” about her ex, but Angelina brushed it off. “When people don’t make it [as a couple], it’s not always bad,” she pointed out.
Jason went on to start dating Kat Stickler in April, but they announced their split earlier this month.
