69-Year-Old Gold Star Mom Tina Peters Sentenced to 9 Years by Leftist Judge
Gold Star Mom Tina Peters, who preserved Dominion records, was sentenced to nine years in prison for doing it. Mrs. Peters is 69 years old and has no prior record. It’s a life sentence.
The Democrat judge over-sentenced her. The judge called this elderly woman “a danger” to the community, equating her actions with violent criminals. He claimed the damage is “immeasurable?”
This is the same state that welcomes illegal alien criminals in their sanctuary. They’re not dangerous, but she is?
The judge is a left-wing Democrat who donates to Act Blue.
Tina was found guilty of “attempting to influence a public servant in violation of duty” for letting Mike Lindell’s associated election fraud experts analyze voter data to prove irregularities and fraud. She had illegally made a copy of the Dominion results.
A sentence for violating the law is one thing. Overcharging and oversentencing are abuses of power. We have a few articles on the site, but we didn’t follow her case closely. However, looking at the crime and what they are doing to her, it’s overkill. It might be even worse than that.
It looks like she was fighting for free and fair elections, and the Democratic party made an example of her.
She received a sentence they won’t give to criminals. Colorado officials allow Tren de Aragua terrorist criminals roam around on the streets terrorize people, and then they lie about it, pretending it’s not happening.
Yet, they put a non-violent older woman trying to secure the election – who lost her son and husband – in prison for nine years for a minor crime done with the best intentions. I don’t recognize this country.
Her husband had just died when she was put on trial.

Leftists online are rejoicing at this sentence and mocking her for trying to present her case politely to the judge. You can’t win with some of these haters.
