The top communications staffer employed by the SDNY, the Manhattan branch of the Biden administration’s Department of Justice has been caught on camera bashing Alvin Bragg and the SDNY’s politically motivated obsession with going after Donald Trump.

Nicholas Biase is the Chief of Public Affairs for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ Chief PIO) in the Southern District of New York.

In a hidden camera interview, Biase referred to the series of trials involving Trump as a deliberate distortion of justice, “nonsense,” “political,” and a “perversion of justice.”

Nicholas Biase expressed these remarks to a journalist who was surreptitiously filming on a hidden camera at a New York bar.

They were like idiots. They‘re all political. They don’t care,” said Biase. “This guy [Judge Mercan] is going to try to lock him up. It’s going to be ugly. They are so obsessed with getting him.

When asked who is they, Biase said the Democrats and Alvin Bragg. Biase said he has known Bragg for 15 years.

“Nobody’s ever been charged with this,” said the DOJ Chief PIO. “I think the case is nonsense.

When asked what was the point of doing this. Biase responded “To make him [Trumpa convict, a convicted felon.”
